Infinity & Beyond Kidz, LLC provides child-led and play-based pediatric occupational therapy practice located in Garden Ridge, Texas and serving surrounding areas. We offer in-office therapy services. Our experienced and dedicated therapist provides personalized and effective therapy for children, helping them reach their full potential in daily activities and developmental milestones.
We provide therapy services in both English and Spanish. We understand the importance of effective communication in a child’s development and strive to create a comfortable and inclusive environment for all families.
Our Approach
At Infinity & Beyond Kidz, we take a holistic approach to pediatric occupational therapy.
We use a non-traditional occupational therapy approach that focuses on the nervous system and the root cause of challenges, rather than quick fixes or surface-level strategies.
We specialize in primitive reflex integration and sensory processing, which strongly influence attention, behavior, coordination, emotional regulation, and learning. When these foundational systems are not well organized, everyday skills can feel hard for children.
Therapy is individualized and movement-based, using a variety of techniques to support how the brain and body work together. By strengthening these foundations first, children can build lasting skills that carry over into home, school, and daily life.
We believe in collaborating closely with families to understand each child's unique needs and create tailored therapy plans to promote their well-being and independence in daily life skills.
Meet Your Occupational Therapist and Owner
Yanira Arce Martinez, MS,OTR/L
Born and raised in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, Yanira have always been passionate about helping children thrive. She earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puerto Rico-Medical Sciences Campus in 2012. Before pursuing her dream of becoming an occupational therapist, she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and had the incredible opportunity to teach at the Puerto Rican Down Syndrome Foundation in 2008.
With extensive experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses, Yanira has provided therapy in pediatric outpatient clinics and home environments. She has been working with the pediatric population for over 12 years. Her mission is to help children become more independent and achieve their goals while supporting families through the journey. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to therapy, ensuring that every child receives the highest quality care.
Beyond her profession, she is a proud military wife and a loving mother to a wonderful boy. She cherishes family time and enjoy painting, working out, paddleboarding, crafting, cooking, and outdoor adventures. Yanira's passion in life is to make a lasting, positive impact on the lives of children and their families—helping them grow, learn, and reach their fullest potential.
