PAYMENTS
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards for any co-pays, services not covered through insurance, and private pay.
PRIVATE PAY OR CLIENTS WITH OUT OF NETWORK:
Upon request, we will provide you with a detailed superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. It is recommended that you call your insurance company to become familiar with reimbursement for occupational therapy services.
